A financial executive bringing over 30 years of experience to Philadelphia Financial, Hom will lead all financial affairs and enhance the organization's strategic capabilities in this expanded position.

Hom brings a wealth of financial strategy and leadership experience spanning three decades in the insurance industry, across both the U.S. and international markets. He joins Philadelphia Financial from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York where he served as CFO of the international group since 2007, responsible for all financial management activities in over 50 countries. He had previously held senior level executive positions at AON Corporation, CIGNA Corporation and The Travelers Insurance Group. Hom served for 10 years in Pricewaterhouse Coopers' insurance industry consulting practice after beginning his career with The Hartford Insurance Group.
